1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute the entire legal agreement between the User and 5b77 with respect to use of the platform. By completing the account registration process on 5b77, by depositing funds into a 5b77 account, or by placing any wager or bet through the 5b77 platform, the User explicitly accepts and agrees to be legally bound by all provisions contained within this document, as well as any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the 5b77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
5b77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible via the footer of the 5b77 website. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms (where provided), the English version shall prevail and take precedence in all respects.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the 5b77 platform and all services provided thereon is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction applies without exception to all Users regardless of the jurisdiction in which they are located. 5b77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
By creating an account on 5b77, the User warrants and represents that:
- They are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
- They are accessing the platform in a personal capacity and for personal entertainment purposes only;
- They are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party;
- Participation in online gaming activities of this nature does not violate any law or regulation applicable to them in their country of residence;
- They have not previously been excluded from the 5b77 platform or from any related platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
5b77 employs age verification procedures during the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Users who are found to be under the age of 18 following a verification check will have their account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source used at the time of deposit. Any winnings generated during the period of underage access will be forfeited in full.
3. Account Registration
Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 5b77 platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During the account registration process, Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. 5b77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
5b77 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Before any withdrawal is processed, the User must successfully complete identity verification by submitting valid documentation. Accepted documents for Bangladesh-based Users include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. 5b77 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by 5b77 may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3.3 Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their password. 5b77 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not reused across other platforms. Any activity conducted through a User's account — whether authorised by the User or not — remains the sole responsibility of the account holder. Users must notify 5b77 support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
3.4 One Account Per Household
Where multiple individuals share a residential address, each may hold a separate 5b77 account provided all other eligibility requirements are met. However, 5b77 reserves the right to investigate accounts sharing the same address and to request additional verification where unusual activity is detected.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 5b77 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5b77 does not charge any platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges, for which 5b77 accepts no liability.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount on 5b77 is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the User's current account verification tier. Users are advised to consult the Payments section of their account dashboard for the most current applicable limits.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff are eligible for same-day processing. 5b77 targets a processing window of 2–6 hours for withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being fully completed on the requesting account. 5b77 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that trigger fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse review protocols.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5b77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered Users. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers, are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time each promotion is offered. General bonus conditions applicable across all 5b77 promotions are set out below.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New Users who successfully complete account registration and identity verification on 5b77 may be eligible to receive a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 5.2 General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
- 5b77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses obtained through any form of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, or manipulation of the platform will be voided in full, and the associated account may be suspended.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are completed will be removed from the account without replacement.
- 5b77 determines, at its sole discretion, which games contribute to the fulfilment of wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may each carry different contribution rates.
5.3 Seasonal Promotions

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 5b77 platform are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the standards set out in this section at all times. Any violation of these obligations may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at 5b77's sole discretion.
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5b77 platform:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point of identity verification;
- Operating more than one registered account, whether under the same identity or a different identity;
- Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including using 5b77 for commercial gain, professional gambling operations, or syndicated betting arrangements;
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, exploitation of system errors or platform vulnerabilities, and collusion between multiple accounts to qualify for bonuses;
- Attempting to access the 5b77 platform or any User account using automated means, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other software not provided or approved by 5b77;
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the 5b77 platform or the experience of other Users;
- Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through the 5b77 platform;
- Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or operate a 5b77 account on a User's behalf.
6.2 Fair Play
5b77 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Users. Game outcomes for all random number generator ("RNG") games on the platform are determined by certified third-party RNG systems. Live casino games are operated by licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. 5b77 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the ability to influence the results of games provided by third-party studios.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
5b77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 5b77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has violated these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other Users or to the integrity of the platform.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Users who wish to close their 5b77 account voluntarily may do so by contacting 5b77 support via live chat or by sending a written request to [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance in the account will be made available for withdrawal to a verified payment method on record, subject to the standard KYC verification requirements being met.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Users who feel that their gambling activity has become problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of the 5b77 self-exclusion tools available through the responsible gaming section of their account. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of five years. During any active self-exclusion period, the User's account will be locked and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be made. 7.3 Balances on Suspended Accounts
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 5b77 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or serious policy violations are confirmed, 5b77 may forfeit the account balance in full. Where a suspension is subsequently found to have been made in error, 5b77 will restore the account and any associated balance within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5b77 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the 5b77 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or system failures.
5b77 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and circumstances beyond 5b77's reasonable control — including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, and government-imposed restrictions — may result in temporary unavailability of the platform for which 5b77 accepts no liability.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability of the type described above are not permitted by law, 5b77's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from 5b77's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8.1 Third-Party Services
The 5b77 platform integrates third-party services including game studios, payment processors, and analytics providers. 5b77 is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Any disputes relating to third-party payment processors — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and SureCash — must be raised directly with the respective provider in addition to being reported to 5b77 support.
8.2 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising between the User and 5b77 in connection with these Terms or the use of the 5b77 platform shall first be referred to 5b77 customer support for informal resolution. Users are encouraged to contact the 5b77 support team at [email protected] before pursuing any formal dispute mechanism. 5b77 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.
